It rained most of the day, so we really didn't expect any work to be done. We were surprised to see that they added the rest of the wall braces and concreted-in some rebar in the blocks that will secure the house to the foundation.
There were a lot of broken blocks in the garage. I'm guessing since they're filling this with gravel, they just put the extra blocks in there to help fill it up. You can also see in this picture that they waterproofed the back wall of the garage where it meets the house.
